Fibrofriends is a support group for people that live with fibromyalgia. Our goal is to provide education and encouragement to those suffering with this condition, so as to improve their lives and the lives of others that care for them.


Our next scheduled meeting will be held on February 25, 2006. Our guest speaker will be Dr. Laura Little, from . She will be speaking aboyt Emotional Issues and Fibromyalgia.

Fibrofriends meets the 4th Saturday of each month at 10:30 A.M. at Immanuel United Methodist Church. The meeting is open to all those that have fibromyalgia and those loved-ones that support them. Meetings will last for approximately 2 hours, but there will be time afterwards to network with others in the group.

Immanuel United Methodist Church is located at 2551 Dixie Highway, Lakeside Park, Kentucky 41017. The meeting will be held in Room 11 in the lower level of the education wing. Parking is located behind the Church, and you can enter through the doors at the back right corner of the building (next to the play ground).
